El Recaudador Ejecutivo del Ayuntamiento de Santa Eulalia del Río, Islas Baleares,
Hace saber: Que intentada dos veces la notificación individual a los obligados tributarios, según consta en sus respectivos expedientes, sin que haya sido posible realizarla por causas no imputables a esta Administración Municipal, y de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 112 de la Ley 58/2003, de 17 de diciembre, General Tributaria, mediante este anuncio se cita a los interesados o a sus representantes para que en el término de 15 días naturales a contar desde el siguiente al de la publicación de este anuncio en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, comparezcan en el expediente ejecutivo que se sigue, con la finalidad de ser notificados de los actos administrativos incluidos en la relación anexa.
Procedimiento: Administrativo de apremio.
Acto que se notifica: Providencia de Apremio y requerimiento de pago.
Organo competente: Recaudación Ejecutiva del Ayuntamiento de Santa Eulalia del Río.
Lugar y horario de comparecencia: Recaudación Municipal, calle Mariano Riquer Wallis, 4 bajos, de Santa Eulalia del Río, de 8:30 a 14 horas de lunes a viernes.
Advertencia: Transcurrido el término de quince días, contados a partir del siguiente al de la publicación de este anuncio en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, sin haber comparecido el interesado o persona que le represente para recibir la notificación, se le tendrá por notificado de las sucesivas actuaciones y diligencias del procedimiento ejecutivo, con excepción de lo dispuesto en el artículo 112.3 de la Ley 58/2003, de 17 de diciembre, General Tributaria.
